   Angelo Hunter and Jamie Nischan have worked alongside each other for over the past 6 years.  They are both extremely dedicated at what they do and it shows in their programs.  They have networked with some of the top individuals in the health and fitness field and consistently pursue higher levels of education.  They take pride in the fact that their sessions are fun, completely customized, and based on real world results.

   Angelo Hunter has been in the health and fitness industry for 10 plus years. 
   
   His background includes working as a certified nurse's aid (4yrs), Valley Shore Y.M.C.A Fitness Supervisor/Trainer, and a youth basketball conditioning coach (2yrs). Also, over the past 4 years he has been training in the 400-year-old Brazillian martial art of Capoeira at the school of performance arts headed by Maestre Bom Jesus from Brazil.
    
   He has been working with young athletes and the general public in southwestern Connecticut to achieve their fitness goals and needs for the last 5 years. 
   
   With that being said, there has become a high demand for Angelo's positive, professional, friendly, and truly motivating attitude!

   Jamie Nischan graduated from Springfield College in 2002 with a degree in Applied Exercise Sciences.  He is certified under the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor.  He is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 

    He has dedicated his life to researching and understanding the chemistry and mechanics of the human body in motion and considers himself a geek in the realm of health and fitness.

  Jamie specializes in extreme posture training and fat loss.  His philosophies on exercise stem from real world results as well as the vast amount of ongoing research being done on exercise every day.  Jamie has over 10 years of experience in fitness,16 years of experience in martial arts, and competes in the occasional submission wrestling tournament in which he has medaled twice.
